Buying a business is much more riskier than most people think or understand.  The reason being is that you are buying a lot of “good will” and taking on existing liabilities with very little asset collateral.

Prices of oil have suffered some volatility recently due to an attack on oil production facilities in Saudi Arabia.  But attacks or no attacks, the price of oil from here is moving up or down.

“Companies” are competing for content. We have Roku, a company with zero benefit to human kind, valued at 20 billion and that is cheap.

Software Rental

It seems that every big company is forcing people to use their product on a rental basis, including the Microsoft Office.  I say forget it.  One can use Google (and hate these bastards) tools online unless you have a specific need to using Microsoft office.
