The logical replacement of China as the “supply chain” or the world, is India. The latter is supposed to be a democracy but recent event with Kashmir shows that the empire has no clothes.
Economically however, India has man power but lacks way behind on infrastructure. So that leaves us to countries around China and with Eastern Europe.
The latter is pretty expensive and the former is going to be since these countries know that the biggest competition is out and also they do not trust the US not to impose some kind of sanctions on them tonight, not tomorrow. Yet the money trail could lead us to the next “stop”.
