I have been short CAKE for a little bit.  I made money on it but let it ride because I thought it will drop further.  But the market in general bounced and sod did CAKE.  Now, I am short and short, i.e. lost some money on it.

There seem to be a Starbucks on every corner in the nation.  And if these were not enough, you can Dunkin donuts. So what is a trader to do.

This is a current, to when I started this, list of stocks that seem promising either for a buy or a short.  

The trade of the Euro vs Dollar was very promising few weeks back. Then it took the wrong turn.  That was based on what the president of the ECB Mario Draghi decided, not raising the interest rates.   

Chinese economy has been on the tear in the last few years. But it seems that India in the next big thing.  That is most base on population growth and economic expansion. 

In the early 2000 with the explosion of the internet, online trading (stocks trading) came along for the ride. Despite the then recent tech bubble, people could not wait to open an account in online trading firms and get in the game again.
