Some few years back, it was unusual and very unacceptable to leave a shopping cart in the parking lot after use. Now, it is almost rare to see anyone putting the cart back in the cart carrel allocated for the carts. Not just that they just leave the carts between cars not giving a damn on what is going to happen to the others cars on that now the next person has to get out of the car to move cart so he or she can park.
